Sherief Elsayed's NHS (National Health Service) practice is undertaken at the Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust. His elective practice is based at the Princess Royal Hospital, in Haywards Heath, with emergency services provided at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, on the seafront in Brighton.

The SOTC comprises 32 in-patient beds with day-case facilities, four operating theatres (three with laminar flow and one day surgery theatre), as well as 4 High dependency beds (HDU), a suite of consulting rooms and an X-ray department.
